Background
Milos was the child of a human mother in a small village near the Spine of the World, the unwanted result of the violent clashes between the human and orcish cultures of the area. He was taken in by a priest of the god of Justice (Tyr) to the small human settlement of Jalanthar, where growing up he was taught to respect the tenants of Law, Justice, and Fairness. He was accepted in the village, for the old priest was well liked and Milos eventually grew to become the sheriff or law-bringer of the village, dealing out both justice and judgement where it was needed. Milos would catch the criminal, decide on the penalty, and then administer Justice. All punishments were determined and delivered by Milos, with a punishment of death for most serious crimes. Records of criminals and their offences were recorded in a small ledger, which was periodically delivered to the central temple of Tyr in Silvermoon to keep track of the unlawful and unpunished. Milos' efforts were generally welcomed in Jalanthar.
His regular reports of criminals in the area and the novelty of having a Half-Orc join the priesthood of Tyr caused somewhat of a stir at the Temple at Silvermoon, with word of him spreading quickly, although he had never visited the temple in person.
After Milos' much-loved mentor passed away, Milos quickly grew tired of living in the village. Being near near the Spine of the World and Netherese Mountains meant constant raids from nearby Orc, Gnoll and Giant tribes, which only served to remind Milos of his shameful heritage. He grew to despise Orcs and their destructive ways, and had completely rejected his Orcish heritage. He generally tried to avoid the matter completely if brought up in conversation, and had no qualms about killing an Orc on sight, unless it could (quickly) show some redeeming features.
Milos left Jalanthar to see some of the rest of the world, on the way helping those who cannot find justice themselves and delivering just punishment to the guilty.
Appearance
A large stern-looking Half-Orc, with neat black hair pulled back in a ponytail. He wears bright, well cared for armour, and has a shield with the symbol of Tyr on it. There is a large silver holy symbol around his neck.
Personality
Milos is very serious and well spoken, which can take people by surprise when they first meet him.
He has very strong beliefs about what is good and evil, and will chase an evildoer with a great deal of zeal, but will often offer them a chance to tell their side of the story before administering the required punishment (Often death).
Milos thinks of himself as more human than Half-orc, and is somewhat ashamed of his Orcish heritage. He will not be amused by anyone making fun of him or the church.
